"Boa estadia. Quarto amplo, bem limpo, cama excelente e habitação muito aprazível. Serviços de recepção bons e atenciosos. Dois pontos apenas que merecem atenção: Comida (buffet jantar) deixou a desejar... poucas opções de carnes e frutos do mar. Na piscina, especialmente no domingo, as cadeiras espreguiçadeiras e tendas foram arrumadas apenas as 10hrs sendo que nosso check out era as 12 hrs ...Sugestão que este serviço e liberação total da piscina ocorra no maximo diariamente as 08hrs da manha, "

"The only major problem I had with this stay was that, when we first arrived, the people at the front desk had no record of our reservation. When I told them that I had made the reservation through hotels.com, they looked through the spam folder of their email and found it. We had also gotten off the bus at Balneario Camboriu and had to catch a R$70 taxi to Itapema, where our cab driver got lost and took an extra 15 minutes to find the hotel. "A acomodação é muito boa e a equipe de check-in nos deram todo o suporte necessário. Infelizmente, não havia cafeteira no quarto, o que é um grande diferencial pra mim, que gosto de acordar e tomar um bom café. A acomodação não tem estacionamento no prédio, tive que deixar o carro na rua. A minha unidade esta com um cheiro forte no banheiro, por conta do ralo, e não era possível fechá-lo. "

"Extremely Bad: 1. There was a raw sewage smell coming from bathroom drain. 2. The pillows and linen to had a foul odor. 3. There was hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. 4. The bathroom sink faucet did not work, couldn’t even wash my hands. 5. Broken gate motor that left the vehicles unsecured in the parking lot across a busy street. 6. The breakfast spread was average for two days and on the third day breakfast was the bare minimum. We left the hotel and did not even eat breakfast on the fourth day. 7. The hotel denied Expedia a $70.00 refund request for one first night due to (GOL Airlines Severe Weather Delay) arriving a day late."

"Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free. "

Good Location Hotel, But average services.

"Family vacation in Camboriu. Stay 5 nigths at SUBARA hotel. Breakfast was good, diverse every day. All so service was good. Dinner Ok, good service. Reception not the best services, not too informative about town atracction or even transport method, that after 2 days we realice that was for FREE. Passenger.brasaket was given the last day! Clean rooms was not the best. The hotel is remodeling, with noice and worker around, sometime was disturbing. Hotel have has good location, just 2 block diatance from central beach and on the main ave."
