"Booking a stay at this property was an absolute mistake. I have stayed at numerous star properties but never have I ever experienced such indifferent attitude and total lack of hospitality at a hotel. The hotel is an adhoc dhaba let alone a star hotel. The bathroom shower broke and my child slipped and got hurt on the first day.The breakfast arrangements were absolutely pathetic with poor food quality and poor layout. It seemed as if no one was interested in paying heed to guest’s requirements....

"There are lot to improve with limited additional expenses. Towels are too old, pillow cover is not big enough, there are lots of flies in the dining area. In bathroom please add cloth rack, shampoo etc."

"This hotel is good value for money. It is about 1 km. to Khajuraho but there are sidewalks. I’m a walker and did close to 20k steps every day I was here. When I came back this afternoon, I headed right to the pool. Ahhhh! I only had breakfast while I was here and it covered the basics. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay here again as it’s definitely one of the better options around town. "

"I moved out of the property on very next day afternoon and requested property owner to refund back balance payment for early moving for remainder days. But, he refused to pay as I left early. "There are only two relatively good premium rooms with one shared terrace in the main building facing the river Ken. Other rooms are poor. Delux rooms in cottages are very bad and dirty. The territory is not clean and garbage in everywhere especially along the perimeter of the property. Food is good. Service is poor."

"One of the best places to stay near the Panna National Park. The lodge is in good shape, the service is excellent and the food is tasty. They packed lunch for the morning safari which was sufficient for two of us and our guide and driver. don't miss the evening boat safari even if its is a bit expensive. "
