"The pool was a huge hit with the kids. They got worn down quickly. They were so happy. Breakfast was delicious. They have coffee and water out all the time. Front desk was nice and helpful. Very nice hotel. "

"The guy at the front desk was working alone and slammed. Someone had taken the knob off of the refrigerator adjustment and we couldn’t get it cooling. This sweet man went up to our room, couldn’t repair it so he have us the room next door. The room was clean (except the shower grout). The thermostat kept the temperature that we set the room at perfectly. The price was great for a safe, comfortable stay. Breakfast was also good!"

"Was further out than expected. The towels were small and dirty looking; shower rusty and needs updated. The room was nice; bed fairly comfortable. Continental breakfast on Sunday had nice variation; however weekday breakfast limited. Pool area was nice. Gym was closed. "

"I loved our stay here. The people at the front desk made my husbands birthday a very special one! The view from our room was amazing. The restaurant was amazing and everyone that worked there were so kind and friendly! The location was great! Close to do many bars and restaurants!!"

"As soon as we walked through the front doors, we were blown away with the kindness of the staff here. We were told of events happening in the area, given recommendations, and had a very easy check-in process. Great location and beautiful view of the water from our room. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and explored more of the area and hotel amenities, but we will be back for sure!"

"Beautiful hotel and great location on the bay. Excellent service, friendly staff that was very kind and helpful to our family the entire time. We will definitely make this a go to spot anytime we head to Erie again."
