"The staff at Chateau Jasper were friendly and informative. The rooms and facilities were clean. We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Jasper. During our last evening at the hotel, we were evacuated due to the wildfires in the area. Although it was a stressful event, the staff at the hotel was extremely professional and kept everyone calm despite the situation. We are thankful for their service. "
