Spartan Hotel

This hotel was built with the concept of modern, stark style like a ship container look. Floors in the dining area were exposed concrete, unfinished look and the ceilings showed the ducts and piping painted black. When we checked in at 2 am, the receptionist was friendly and even came up with us to show how door code entry worked. The room was small, no complimentary water, coffee/tea service. There was only one chair for two persons. The king sized bed was comfortable and room service was excellent. WiFi was adequate but received text messages at the airport when unable to receive them at the hotel. One negative is that we could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. For a modern hotel, this was surprising in that thicker walls or sound reducing materials were not used to block the noise. Location of the hotel was convenient for walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hotel was located in a safe neighborhood.

Hotel Nord One

Minha segunda estadia no Hotel Nord One teve tanto pontos positivos quanto algumas questões que merecem atenção. O atendimento continua sendo um dos maiores destaques, com funcionários sempre cordiais e atenciosos, criando uma atmosfera acolhedora. O café da manhã é outro ponto forte, com uma boa variedade de itens frescos e saborosos, que agradam a todos os gostos. No entanto, novamente enfrentei problemas com a fechadura eletrônica do quarto, que não estava funcionando corretamente. Este foi o mesmo problema da minha primeira estadia, e a recorrência dessa falha é frustrante, considerando que é algo simples de ser corrigido. Além disso, a pia do banheiro estava entupida, o que também causou desconforto. A manutenção do hotel realmente precisa ser mais atenta a esses detalhes. Outro aspecto que merece atenção é a política de check-in e check-out. O hotel adota um horário de check-in às 15h, diferente da maioria dos hotéis, mas mantém o check-out às 12h, o que significa que o hóspede perde 3 horas da diária, o que pode ser inconveniente, principalmente para quem tem compromissos mais tarde. Seria interessante uma maior flexibilidade nesse aspecto ou até mesmo a possibilidade de um check-out mais tarde, caso haja disponibilidade. Além disso, um ponto negativo foi a cobrança diária para o uso do estacionamento. Em muitos hotéis, o estacionamento é oferecido sem custo adicional, e a cobrança no Nord One acaba sendo um extra que, em minha opinião, poderia ser revisto.

No café da manhã, quase todos os dias, faltou reposição de frutas e frios, o Hotel ficou 04 dias seguidos em falta de presunto, mortadela e até tapioca, na arrumação do quarto, mesmo com a placa de arrumar, chegava a noite, não tinham arrumado o quarto, por dois dias aconteceu, se olhar embaixo da cama, muito sujo, não varrem, funcionários atenciosos e educados, localização excelente, mesmo com os problemas ocorridos, me hospedaria novamente e indico.

O atendimento dos funcionários excelente, café da manhã bem variados, hotel limpo e cheiroso, o quarto que fiquei cama boa, chuveiro sensacional eu super recomendo com certeza irei voltar mais vezes. O que não gostei foi o estacionamento ter que pagar a diária.
