There was a function happening across the street in a fairly residential area and the noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep until 3am. Something out of the hotels control but the response from the management wasn't great. Great value for international travellers, not for locals"

"I stayed in January for 5 nights and my experience of staying at this hotel was not good. There was not hot water, despite my complaint the issue wasn't resolved. At times, elevators won't work and you had to bang on the door to keep them moving. The most frustrating part for me was the wifi connection which was VERY poor. I won't recommend this hotel if you have to do virtual meetings or have to respond to emails. I wouldn't staying at this hotel for USD 50 only. "

"Great hotel, very clean and spacious! Just a shame about the slow service, asked for multiple items such as loo roll, iron etc. on separate occasions and was waiting over an hour. I understand sometimes there is delay but there was no communication to advise of the delay.
