"I had hoped to give this property a good review. Unfortunately, it seemed like it was a quick flip with little attention to detail. The first impression was an overgrown walkway and slippery steps without a hand rail. There was no mat to wipe our wet shoes inside the door. It is advertised for 13 people, but seating in the large TV room for only 6-7, despite plenty of room for more. It would have been good to know that the house had well water that was brown and smelly. Overall, everything...

"We had 13 adults and 4 children in this house for a family wedding. There was enough room for everyone. Overall the house worked well for us. We had several mice in the kitchen and the house needed minor repairs, kitchen sink facet was loose and handle kept coming off. Screen door needed repair. Back porch had lots of spider webs. Flower beds needed to be cleaned up. Several items were needed, blankets, dishwasher soap, and pillows which were delivered same day. "
