"I would have giving a 5star review all around because it was just so beautiful. But i just did not like the fact that i asked to reserve the hot tub an was told it was book, mind you i didnt have a problem that it was booked my problem was that i went to check around the area that day an no one was using the hot tube. I was really disappointed because most the staff in the dining area an the ones you encountered were very nice ."

"The hotel's view is aesthetically pleasing and the environment is tranquil. One minor inconvenience we encountered was the difficulty in arranging accommodations for my group of friends. The scheduling process was somewhat disorganized, and it took some effort to find a staff member who could assist us. The "TukTuks" (the only available transportation) should charge you around $25 Quetzales to take you to the hotel.
