"We love the Outrigger at Kona . From check in to check out it is a pleasant stay. Only complaint is why are the toilets in the room so high? I am 5’6” and my feet barely touch the floor. Seems odd. "

"Only two things were bad. We were there during a holiday weekend. It was a Hawaiian holiday weekend. The hotel was fully booked and very busy. I think they screwed up when we came. When I got my bill, they charged me the entire amount. I paid you $1009.55 for the two nights. The hotel charged me the rntire amount. They said they didn’t have anything from you. I had to pay $1,180.00 which included parking and restaurant amount. How foningetbyhe money from you?"

"The location was great, close to Kona and beaches as well as grocery and dining. The property was maintained and easy to get around. We didn't get A/C and were ok with windows open the drawback is you do hear a lot of the comings and goings from other units. We would definitely stay here again! "
