"I'd like to thank front desk manager Sally , and staff Veronica for their kindness, hospitality and consideration. They granted my late check out due to my medical emergency without charge. I can tell they consider customer satisfaction as the top priority. I also appreciate the security folks for their assistance to get me to the near hospital. The hotel is nicely designed and bedding is very clean and comfortable. Kids love to play at the pool and with the cats in the garden. We spent 5 days here.Totally worth it and highly recommended."

"Nice condo, well equipped with everything we needed. Ocean view balance was great and where we spent most of our time watching the waves and even a few whales! Location was pretty good. About 1 mile walk to shops and restaurants. We had a car but some of the lots were $27+ for 2 hours. The checking & checkout is weird but we were warned in advance. The desk is only open from 8:30-5. We were called because maintenance needed access to our unit for something while we weren't there. Not a deal breaker but weird. A few laundry items were left from the previous guests and the floors were dirty but everything else was nice. "

Heidi and Dan don’t just keep the rooms and premises immaculate, enjoyable and comfortable- they provide delicious breakfasts and great recommendations to places of all types in the island. Mango sunset has a beautiful view of the ocean while enjoying your breakfast, reading a book, or playing a Hawaiian guitar (a guitar was in our room)! We will definitely go back! "

"A quite sea front property. Only two miles away from the Kona market place making it easy to explore the town if needed."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is located conveniently off the main road. About a mile in each direction, north and south are beaches, shopping and dining. We had teenagers with us and they loved that freedom and convenience of walking to these activities. The Check-In process was easy enough. We booked two units and requested to be together. They couldn't place us in the same unit (it's a duplex condo design) but accommodated us by placing us near each other. The bedrooms, kitchen and living rooms were all clean, spacious and cozy. The Hawaiian island decor was charming and as our teenagers said, "it's a vibe", translated as awesome 👌. The front desk customer service was excellent. I can't recall names, but the "aunties" and "uncles" were always kind and helpful. Overall, ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars from us. We would definitely book here again."
