"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apparment is small, but so close to great snorkeling, that is easily within walking distance. You can see the ocean, but over the roof top of a near-by house. There are other rental properties surrounding you, so depending on who may be renting, that noise level could vary. Quiet during our stay and the host, Issacs was very helpful."

We never did check out Bantans beach but the pool area was nice and right by Da Poke restaurant which was amazing. There is no AC at the property (this may be stated), but we opened windows at night and it cooled off beautifully.
