"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. "

"We loved our time at Minoa Palace Resort. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted with bubbly and friendly staff. Upon check in we were escorted to our room where we were gifted a bottle of champagne and some chocolate covered strawberries to celebrate our honeymoon. The room was spacious and clean. The pools and beach access were excellent. To top it off, the complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious. The spa facilities were also very nice. My husband and I both had wonderful massages. The resort is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Chania but there are plenty restaurants and activities to do near the resort. 10/10 would recommend this resort to anyone."

"We had such a lovely stay here. One of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in, it was spotless! Nice pool area with a bar on one side and a restaurant on the other side. Nice friendly staff. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a supermarkets nearby. We would definitely stay here again."
