"Three day visit booked before we knew the ski lifts were opened. Hotel upgraded from a delux king with mountain view to a Kibg toom mountain view with a balcony. However we had some issues. The sole restaurant Mantles wasnt the best of food choices and the online menu we looked at didnt match the 3 menus when we ate at during breakfast, lunch and dinner. One dinner meal for each of us was not good so we returned it and choose another meal at another hotel. They didnt charge us and there wasnt...

"This property is well situated in Sunpeaks Village, in the midst of all the shops and close to the primary ski lifts, golf course and other amenities. Front desk staff were friendly but the back office person (?manager) was quite dismissive and not very willing to respond to questions or address concerns. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is seating for 4-5, plus the dinette. There is no air conditioning, so the unit was very hot, in spite of a recent dip in temperature. ...
