"Easy to find, staff was super helpful and friendly. The dry sauna is nice and hot! Rooms are comfy and clean. Nice tea and coffee bar in the lobby. Beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a slightly older building so a bit run down but it was quaint and neat to have real keys for the room. "

"We highly recommend this property. All the staff were incredibly personable, professional, and helpful. My husband and I spent one evening in the Lounge area. Beautiful sitting area with an incredible view, delicious food, and live entertainment. The service was exceptional. For our anniversary, we treated ourselves to the 7 course dinner at the Eden Restaurant. It was such an exemplary experience. The food was delectable with so many different flavours combined. The presentation was incredible! All the servers contributed to the beautiful ambience and experience. Very knowledgeable and experienced! The hotel provides bus tickets which was handy to go downtown. The Sulphur Mtn Gondola is only a 5 min walk and the hot springs are walkable too. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and peaceful with the mountain view. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, squash court, and spa - variety for everyone. Due to the wintry weather, we didn’t walk around the outside but there are sitting areas surrounding the property with lights and bonfires at night. Thank you to the staff for making this getaway one to remember. "
