Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked. "Our stay was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about the accommodations and the staff. The only thing I had a hard time with was the valet parking. The constant in and out every time you just want to stop by for an hour to change for dinner or something is a hassle with dropping the car off and requesting it again. Other than that it was fabulous!"

"Hale Napili was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had in our many visits to Maui. Our room was overlooking the beautiful ocean and had a large furnished balcony to enhance the view. A clean and spacious room with a full kitchen and high quality outside grills allowed us to cook whatever we wanted while also going out to eat at many outstanding restaurants nearby.
