"Von Anfang an war der Aufenthalt komisch. Obwohl meine Buchung konfirmiert war, wurde ich im Hotel überhaupt nicht erwartet. Der Manager hatte keine Ahnung über "Hotels.com". Letztlich habe ich ein Zimmer bekommen, das rein war aber nicht erwärmt und wurde auch nicht viel wärmer während der Nacht, obwohl drausen 3-4°C waren.
