"The rooms are clean and comfortable. I booked two rooms, and the king-size rooms with a mini living room are comfortable and big. If you have your family, the kids can stay there and have a tatami style. The staff who helped me check in are really nice but staff, but I don't find the staff so friendly. For this trip, we've been to many hotels in Japan, but I received different customer service in this hotel. Overall, the hotel is good because they have a shuttle bus to the airport and other places. "The hotel is very clean and quiet. We got a corner room which was the end of the hallway that makes it very quiet. Our plan included breakfast which I enjoyed so much. Good variety and fresh food, although it remained pretty much the same for 3 days. Having onsen onsite was amazing and felt so good after walking so much all day in Disney. The additional cost for onsen was a bit surprising. But we got a great deal on our stay so I was willing to pay for the onsen. The shuttle was very convenient, the staff was all super nice. Family Mart is in the building but the big one is right around the corner as well. The big shopping malls by the station, also about 7 mins walking to the other end. There are so many dining options! Thank you so much, we enjoyed staying there so much. Will be back! "
