"Pros: Great location! Close to everything… very convenience for tourist exploring Kyoto. Cons: I book a room for 4 people and realistic we only got a room with 2 twin beds, ideally for only 2 people. Very hot at night, property doesn’t have AC and upon request you can get a fan delivered to your room."

"This is a budget hotel, great price but very small rooms as you can imagine. Nevertheless, it was clean and everything was in good shape. Not much of a view but that's ok because we were mainly there to sleep. It's close to everything, no issue finding stores, good restaurants and as close to the train station as possible. Overall a good place to stay but don't expect a 5 star luxury hotel."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this place, I did a solo trip to Japan and had a half week stay here. Staff was very friendly and were very polite. Every time I come or go from the Hotel, the front desk staff always greeted me. It was close to a station and was in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. I would love to come here again next time I come to Japan and visit Osaka!"

"Excellent location close to the station. I arrived late at night in Kyoto and knowing the hotel was 2 min away from the station was the best. Super convenient for those who are not spending more than 3 nights in Kyoto to go continue explore other cities in Japan. "
