The large windows and cathedral style ceiling at the front of the home take full advantage of the breath-taking views of Dingle Bay. This large holiday accommodation has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 guests comfortably:

Local area & Tourist Attractions Kells is a small fishing village situated between Glenbeigh and Cahersiveen in County Kerry. It is a quiet peaceful village and is home to the beautiful blue flag beach of Kells Bay. It is an ideal location for families as it has soft fine sand and many rock pools for children to explore.

IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival by cash. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

3. Occupancy:
Please note that this property only accepts a maximum of 5 guests.

Luxurious stay with fabulous views
About the best we’ve stayed in. Theresa very helpful. Unable to operate the NOW TV or intelligent speaker to connect to phone but probably because we’re too old!! Central for touring Rings of Kerry, Dingle and Beara, roughly 4 hours drive from Dublin. Weather interesting. Overall five stars.

Incredible Private Retreat
Beautiful private and quiet retreat with an incredible view. The home is designed to capture the beautiful setting and views throughout. Clean, spacious and very well equipped home. Easy access to lovely nearby beach. Excellent home-base for venturing out for day trips. Excellent property manager, Theresa. Provided timely information for all our needs. Easy, friendly, helpful.
