When we first arrived, they gave us a room that only had a mini fridge and a microwave; however, the ad shows a kitchen and we brought stuff to bake. we called them and complained as we payed for a unit with a full kitchen and they moved us to another unit. "There was no working heat in our unit. After hours of trying to get them to do something we were offered a room 2.5km away at 2am. We had been drinking at a new years event and couldn't drive. So they said we refused offer and left us to freeze. Would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. We let them know around 6pm that we didnt have heat. "
