"Nothing sort of what you'd expect from Fairmont. Stayed with a family of 5 - 3 kids and the attention to details is nothing short of amazing. Only downside is the price of parking but that's not the hotel fault, it's just Toronto as a whole."

"We had a great time! They allowed us to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm without extra charge. The room was a deluxe room with 1 king bed on the second floor and it was great!! There’s a mini fridge with plenty of room to store beverages or food. The hotel’s food was good, good portions snd reasonably priced. Although the restaurant could use an upgrade in ambience (bare bones) We really enjoyed the swimming pool during the afternoon. All in all I would recommend to anyone that just wants to rest and relax, good value for the cost."

"Fantastic location. Close to everything. Spoiled for choice when it comes to food and shopping. The subway stop is half block away and yet the area is so walkable, so much to see that we resorted to transit only when our feet were blistered. The hotel beds were like sleeping on clouds and the rainfall showerhead was refreshing. There's a full breakfast buffet and lobby happy hour to bring a smile to the face of the most rxhausted tourist. "
