Excellent friendly staff and management, nothing too much trouble. Hotel is close to all the sites and also tram stop. clean rooms and amazing views over the Bosphorous from the breakfast room. Bedrooms were clean and quiet. Would certainly stay again

Very helpful and friendly staff all around. Rooms are always clean. Facilities are very new or recently updated. But the real highlight is the location. 5 minutes walk from everything: the grand Bazaar, the spice Bazzar, the blue mosque, Aya Sophia, Basilica, etc. Tram station 2 minutes away which can take you all over Istanbul. I’m definitely going back to the same hotel for my next visit to Istanbul.

This is actually a Best Western property. It did not seem like one, however. It seems like a wonderful independent, small boutique hotel. The neighborhood is very safe with plenty of eating and shopping options. It is very walkable to all the major sights in historic Istanbul. Highly recommended for the price.
