The lobby area was always uncomfortably cold. We all had the same issue in our large group . No one seemed interested in looking into making it better . Also the rooms were very dusty. Blow dryer , window area and lamps covered in dust

The Windsor is such a great location and easily walkable to many famous landmarks. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was extremely clean. I also felt very safe because you needed the card key to enter and use the elevator. Great stay, good price, highly recommend!
