"The stay was great, the front desk was great the only downside was there was an issue with the app… I double checked my dates and it still booked the wrong dates. I didn’t find out until I got the notification about my trip. Hotels.com tried to help unfortunately management wouldn’t refund or even do a partial one. I double checked the dates when I chose them, I guess I need to make sure hotels.com doesn’t change them back"

"5/5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay at the Marriott Philadelphia! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Marriott in Philadelphia! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the amenities were top-notch, and the city views were stunning. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the perfectly stocked toiletries, was thoughtfully prepared. The hotel’s location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore historic landmarks, great restaurants, and local attractions. Plus, the on-site dining was a highlight; the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What stood out most was the atmosphere — it felt like true hospitality. Every corner of the hotel, from the lobby to the fitness center, radiated quality and care. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit.
