"It was a good stay, a little cramped with 6 people, but acceptable. The washer/dryer combo gave us a bit of trouble, not drying our clothes completely, but almost. We managed. There is a Bus stop right at the end of the driveway. It took a little time to figure out how to get to downtown, but the bus driver was extremely helpful in telling us where to get picked up, and what bus to hop on. "The laundry room was dirty. There were no instructions for using the stove, oven, water heater. No coffee maker and the kettle was corroded. The downstairs bathroom smelled awful. The beds were very uncomfortable. We tried to get an Uber but they refused to come to this address. The advertising of this house gave false expectations. The owners left a message that they needed to send an electrician to fix the dining area light. No one ever came so we had no light. "

"This property is brand new and in mint condition. It’s walkable to Galway City center, but it’s a long walk. I recommend the bus which is clean, inexpensive and runs frequently. This place was a great option for families with teens."

"I was looking for a place to write and walk about Galway. This was a great location and VERY quiet! Expect a mile walk to get most places but there was a fantastic little pub three blocks away with nightly music by local friends sitting together, not a tourist place. I chose this place to be sort of near the train station but not in the heart of the city.
