University of Galway Rooms

3.0 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (4)
"Beautiful area and amazing to walk around. It’s easier to walk through the university campus than to walk around it (I made that mistake on arrival). It would be nice if the property provided some coffee and tea. I’ve never seen any place that didn’t provide that (including several university accommodations). "

Goldcrest Village Rooms University of Galway

2.0 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (2)
"Budget accommodation without the manky factor, on lovely campus. Helpful staff. Bed not so comfortable, but everything clean and fresh. Shower a problem - impossible to adjust or aim, stinging pressure but mostly missed your body and soaked your hair. In all, enjoyed our stay, and felt it was good value. "

2.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (13)
"Lovely interesting place, friendly welcome. Hostel owners had time to talk and are very proud of their little jewel in Ennis. I highly recommend it, even in winter with floods threatening. Unfortunately didn't get to sample the restaurant which I hear is amazing. We will be returning."

The Savoy Hostel

2.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (31)
"Easy check in, good facilities and generally clean. Some guests brought plates and food into the rooms which were left there overnight. Also some guests being very loud at 3am in the supposedly quiet area, when there is a common room downstairs. Staff need to enforce the rules to ensure comfort for all guests. Rooms a little warm and stuffy but much better than most hostels, comfortable beds, storage lockers and plugs/reading lights/usb at each bed."

"We stayed at Tony's home in Kinvara for a few days on our first trip to Ireland. It was perfect! The photos didn't do it justice. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The home is spotless and cozy. It is located within walking to everything, the bus, grocery, restaurants and pubs! Bernie and her husband made our stay seamless, they answered any and all questions we had. We were so grateful that we were able to store our luggage at arrival before check in, since we had a long...
