"This property is in a prime location. Beautiful lobby too. We were mildly disappointed in the size of our room on the 23rd floor, thought it would be bigger. Not a deal breaker though. "Just off of the loop if you are looking for a quieter stay that is still in the middle of downtown. This part of the city clears out in the evenings. One note - the checkin process, while individually it is very quick, the queue is extremely long for some reason every day. I personally waited in line to check in for over 30 minutes and it appears that queue length is a daily occurrence. Nevertheless, I will stay again, quality hotel all around. "

"Candy at the front desk was always helpful and pleasant. The breakfast staff was super friendly and made amazing eggs, cocktail reception gets a bit crowded but you can't go wrong with this amenity used to be the norm many places but now not so much. Great location, great staff, walkable to most sights and close to public transport. Also nice to have a whole food across the street for their hot bar and snacks as needed.
