"Not a good start as Hotels.com did not book us up correctly. I booked Bed & B but you had told Sprowston that it was room only. I am so glad a took a picture of what I booked and the confirmation !!!!! Every morning at breakfast, I had the nause and embarrassment of explaining to the staff in front of queue's. However this was quick;y sorted out by Nikki, she was extremely helpful, very professional and wished for our stay to be a happy one. Thank you Nikki. We did have our evening meal in the restaurant. It is so nice to have a relaxing time before travelling the next day."

"The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences."
