Kevin was a wonderful host and throughout our stay we had excellent service, whether that was the lovely touches in the evening of port and chocolates, or advice about places to go and restaurant recommendations or the fabulous breakfasts, we had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much hassle, the hotel is closely located to everything you’ll need and it just made for a very relaxing...

Some nice touches - Thornton chocolate in room on arrival. The breakfast was the best one of our 2 week stay in South Africa. We would definitely stay there again if in Knysna. "

"Great stay! The hotel seemed quite new. We had an issue where the air conditioning did not work but the staff were quick to bring a fan to our room. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel was well located to access coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend for a short trip for a location with great value for money. "
