"Very nice place"

"網上列岀的服務、與使用，均與真實不符，列明明提供清潔服務（又沒有注明需要收費），有列岀提供毛巾（又沒有注明需要收費），其他項目若需需要收費會有（ ）（需要收費），我們入住管理員也跟我們說，早上某時段至某時段會有人清潔，但入住後兩天見房間還沒有清潔、沒有更換毛巾。管理員亦摸不着頭腦，他才幫我們致電該上級反映，直至第天早上才能回覆，說每項需要收費，說這些只能提供第一天，這樣令我們措手不及，而且房間內很多破爛或損壞的設施，掛牆柜檯近乎要塔下，冷氣損壞沒有冷氣，廁所沐浴企缸台底漏水，每次沐浴後，整地都是水，坐厠如厠後很易淤塞，每次如厠後，每次都可能需要自己伸手入去通渠，跟本就是全部都沒有人來處理。"

"The apartment was adorable and the stay went smoothly. Like other people noted it is up the hill, quite steep to walk to - a few times we had to walk down to the street to get a ride as drivers didnt want to come up. The rooftop pool is nice and clean, closes at 11. As stated in the contract that they emailed me, they took a cash deposit on site after i checked in, to go towards water and electric useage which is not included in the rental. "Pool area and landscaping is nice. Building on our side was under construction and doing some roof repairs Water tastes like metal but I think this is normal on Phuket. People is very nice and helpful. Comunication is good. "
