"Die Unterkunft hat für uns sehr gut gepasst, wir waren mit Hund in einem Appartment. Es liegt zentral, in wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Kolonaden. Das Treppenhaus wirkt zunächst bescheiden, das Appartment ist neu renoviert, großzügig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war während der Woche ok, zum Wochenende hin gab es leckere Sachen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief etwas problematisch, Hotels com hat geholfen, danke. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

There were a few things that didn’t work for us - no plug in for the second bathroom and no mirror for example but over all the stay was great. There was laundry service in the reception area. It is a pay for use and was fairly expensive but so convenient. There is no on site restaurant but there are several with in walking distance "

Die größten Skigebiete Klinovec und Plesivec waren nur 20min entfernt. Und am Nachmittag konnte man sich an dem schönen Pelletofen wärmen. Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Wie in dem Haus 8 Erwachsene schlafen sollen, ist fragwürdig. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt."

The villa was much larger than I expected, especially given the price. "We spent one night at the hotel while traveling to attend the concert celebrating Smetana's 200th birthday, which was organized by the hotel. The event was well-prepared and held to a high standard. We enjoyed coffee at Pupp and dined at the restaurant Nova Dvorana. Unfortunately, we could not try the Grand Restaurant as it was fully booked, so I recommend making a reservation in advance. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We stayed in an "old-style" room, which is in need of some refurbishment. For example, the room lacked a USB connection for charging devices, and the bathroom had a somewhat outdated design. However, everything was clean and well-maintained."

"The room was super spacious..the pillows were huge for hugging!! Except for thd sysined carpet , it was fabulous...the location ideal, right in the middle of the pedestrian street Walk to mny restaurants along the canal.like..to the Thermal spa Maria at reception was very hospital & helpful!
