"This hotel is stunning. It sits on a lovely pond by the lake, with exquisite grounds and a gorgeous courtyard whose water feature is impressive by day or night. The lobby is enormous and austere, the spa delightful and the pool beautiful as well, though I'd recommend finding hours when it's less busy. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious as well, with a great selection of varied food. Our room was very comfortable, having a view of the pond is very calming. Service was exemplary, we enjoyed...

"The hotel has big clean rooms with comfy beds. AC works well and double glazed windows keeps sound out. Close to two metro stations, pedestrian streets, restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of Western and Asian choices, and is so filing you can skip lunch! Some staff speak some littke English, the rest are happy to use a translation app."

"We stayed at Grand Park Kunming for a little over one week. Its clean, safe and convenient for our family. The only concern that we have is the Non smoking room we stayed in still has very strong smoking smell. Other than that, we have enjoyed our stay in the Hotel."

I contacted through Expedia with all of my details. I arrived to the airport in the middle of the night and nobody was there. I was not prepared with other options. I ended up being price gouged in an illegal taxi. The hotel told me they do not provide any sort of airport service. The next day when I wanted to go to town they would only accept me...
