"This is such a wonderful home to enjoy if you love being next to the ocean. The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. "

"We came on a trip to visit some colleges and therefore, we were going to be all over the city. This location was fairly well-located to get to colleges in different parts of LA. It's across the street from a shopping center, so you can get anything you need, and quite close to some great restaurants and LA must-sees. "This exquisite home is literally located exactly 1/2-1 block to the beach! This neighborhood was quiet and very accessible(walkable) to a delicious variety of restaurants and food choices. The home is well-stocked with all of the fun beach equipment!"

"We enjoyed a sunny Valentine's weekend based from this cute place. Perfect location in Venice within easy walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. Didn’t even use the bikes as planned--though we would have used them to roam further with one more day. "Easy check in. Cool little pad with off street parking. Communication was easy and constant with the manager. Comfy beds, the rooms are well lit and the front porch had a surprise partial view of the Hollywood sign. very close to good eats and shopping. We will be back for sure. "

"Really nice place for exploring LA. It's an older building but someone did a really nice job renovating the interior - very comfy and felt plenty spacious for a family of 4. Location was good - close to LAX and easy access to freeways to get anywhere. Didn't even bother figuring out how to park in the back since on street parking was always easily available."

"Jen made us feel comfortable and welcome. The bed was cozy, and both the room and bathroom were extremely clean. The dogs were initially scared of me because I was a stranger, but they still let me pet them occasionally. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but Jen’s place made us feel safe. I highly recommend her place for a comfortable stay close to LAX and centralized part of LA."

"At first glance we were a little concerned because it looked tiny from the outside. We couldn't believe how spacious it was when we walked in! It was very clean and there was a lot of stores within walking distance. We Ubered to the game though. Betty was very easy to communicate with. Would stay here again "

"We arrived into LAX and overnighted as we were flying on the next morning. This hotel was perfect for us. Easy shuttle from the airport which only took a few minutes. We arrive around 4pm and were able to check in and then head to the rooftop pool and hot tub which was just what we needed after getting off a 10 hour flight from London. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and early night as we had to be out the door at 5.30 the morning. The room was great, clean, beds very comfortable and lovely bathroom. We had a great nights sleep and the shuttle was there when we left to get us back to the airport for our onward flight. It was a perfect stay for us."
