"Only positive thing about our stay in this hotel was the service we got while they were serving breakfast. Breakfast menu only have like five options to choose from. Besides that hotel was not well maintain. Every time my wife and I were going to take a shower we have to call reception for them to turn hot water on. Staff are not friendly. Will not recommend this hotel to no one that wants to visit Cartagena. "

"I love this place SO MUCH! It's such a hidden gem, the Uber driver actually had to ask a young boy where it was, even though we were about 50 feet from the property. "The room was great. Just that you need to put the key card in a slot in order to have power - wich includes air conditioning. The restaurant is very ordinary.
