A charming, detached house surrounded by olive- and fruit trees. You will have the whole house and garden for you alone. Situated in a marvelous area just very close to La Spezia with amazing sea view on the one side, and mountain view on the other side. The location is perfect: it offers silence and relax in the nature, and at the same time it's close to the sea and beaches and all other vacation activities. The house is tied into a big property with a nice and spacious garden with a little pool and BBQ. Free wifi connection. On our property we have private parking place.

Excellent location with great views and helpful hosts. This was just what we needed prior to the event we had planned for the Friday (son’s wedding). Would recommend to anyone looking for a place such as this although you will need your own transport to get up and down the hill. Station convenient for Cinque Terre. Fantastic.

Großzügiges Haus mit Garten und unvergleichlichem Blick auf La Spezia
Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, großes Haus hoch über der Stadt mit allem, was man braucht, und einer fantastischen Aussicht. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, wofür man gerne einen etwas längeren Weg in die Stadt in Kauf nimmt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr geräumiges und herrlich gelegenes Haus mit Familiengeschichte. Phantastischer Blick über La Spezia und Hafen sowie die gesamte Bucht. Großzügigiger Garten mit kleinem Pool zur Erfrischung sowie für Kinder. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Fantastisk autentisk hus i bjergene
Det er et dejligt autentisk hus med smuk udsigt ud over bjerge og La Spezia. Der er god plads og gode terrasser. Værtsparret er meget venlige og hurtige til at reagerer, ved kontakt. De er utrolig gæstfrie og havde sørget for lækre snacks og frugt til vi ankom. Huset og beliggenheden kan på det varmeste anbefales. Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i huset og området.

Notre séjour c'est parfaitement passé, la maison est très propre et agréable a vivre. elle est idéalement placée, en pleine nature avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de la Spézia. Il suffit de prendre la voiture pour aller à la gare et vous accéder aux Cinque Terre ou à Portofino. Merci à Francesca et Carlo pour leur accueil

Tolles Haus, Tolle Gastgeber
Wir hatten im Oktober eine tolle Woche in dem Haus, Lage auf dem Berg mit Blick auf die Bucht ist top, Umgebung super ruhig, der Garten ist groß und die Kinder konnten sich im und außerhalb des Hauses austoben. Trotz der späten Jahreszeit (Mitte Oktober) konnten wir in den Pool nutzen und sind mehrfach am Strand gewesen, vielleicht hatten wir auch mit dem Wetter Glück. Die Gastgeber (Francesca und Carlos) sind sehr nett, antworten prompt und waren in allem sehr hilfreich. Es gab ein üppiges Willkommenspaket, ein besonderer Dank auch dafür. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die zahlreichen WCs/Bäder und Schlafzimmer waren sehr praktisch.

Terrible experience!
Be aware of these owners! We travelled all over the world and for the first time we are forced to leave a negative review. The owner took additional money from us, over 700 Euro outside the contract as a credit for extra guests. At the end there was 180Euro of this credit we we did not use. They not only categorically refused to give it back but also refused to issue a receipt for the money taken. which ended up with an unpleasant confrontation. As for the house lots of things did not look like on the pictures. Many things were missing or broken and all three floors were connected with a terrible spiral staircase made of plastic which was a hazard to use. Huge disappointment for us, who booked this "dream vacation" from the States six months in advance.!

Urlaub Cinque Terre
Wir (2 Familien) hatten 11 tolle Tage in dem Haus. Alles war super sauber, Küche prima ausgestattet inkl einiger Vorräte. Das Haus liegt 3km oberhalb von La Spezia & man braucht für alle Aktivitäten ein Auto. Das einzige Manko war der spärliche such nur langsam erwärmende Wasserstrahl in den Bädern. Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert für 2 Familien wenn man eine ruhige etwas abgelegene Unterkunft sucht! Wir haben es genossen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb von La Spezia. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt braucht man ca. 10 min. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet genug Platz für eine Großfamilie. Der Pool ist für kleine Kinder bestens geeignet (ca. 50cm tief). Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank für alles Francesca. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder :)

The property is set in a beautiful location on the hillside with breathtaking views of the le Spezia, Your hosts are very attentive with a host of valuable information. The villa is Very quiet and very well equipped with all you could possibly want with a great welcome pack so don’t worry about your first nights meal your hosts have it covered. I would highly recommend this holiday.

Wunderschönes gemütliches Haus oberhalb von La Spezia
Wir haben die Woche im Haus von Francesca und Carlo sehr genossen. Sie sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Als wir ankamen war ein herrlicher Vorrat von Lebensmitteln vorhanden : Frische knusprige Focaccia, ein komplettes Abendessen und Frühstück: fantastisch ! Das Haus war blitzsauber. Die 2 Küchen und die verschiedenen Sitzplätze sind super. Die Aussicht vom vorderen Platz auf La Spezia ist Tag und Nacht bezaubernd und beeindruckend . Der Pool wurde extra für unsere Mädchen nochmals aufgefüllt : herzlichen Dank. Wir haben viele tolle Ausflüge unternommen, nach Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Portofino.... Die Altstadt von La Spezia hat uns sehr gut gefallen . Die Stadt ist authentisch italienisch. Lerici war unser Lieblingsort ! Herzlichen Dank an Francesca und Carlo... es war eine schöne Woche . Fantastische plek en geweldige hosts
We verbleven 3 weken samen met onze peuter in dit geweldige huis. Het staat op een mooie plek, met een geweldig uitzicht vanaf de tuin waar ook een zwembadje staat waar we veel plezier van hebben gehad. Het huis was schoon, de verhuurders erg behulpzaam en ook zo attent om al wat fruit en andere lokale producten klaar te zetten! Ook fijn dat er al wat standaard keuken producten aanwezig waren. Het huis is schoon en netjes. Biedt voldoende ruimte en afwisseling in ruimtes. We hebben ook nog kunnen genieten van de geweldige haard. Vanuit La Spezia is ook vanalles te ontdekken in de geweldig mooie omgeving. Kortom, fantastische plek om op vakantie te gaan. Enige minpuntje voor ons waren de muggen, vooral in de eerste week wat last van gehad!

Wir haben Anfang September zu fünft Urlaub in Francescas und Carlos Ferienhaus gemacht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer, so dass jeder seinen eigenen Bereich hat und man nicht so sehr aufeinander hockt. Es gibt aber auch genügend Orte, an denen man sich zusammenfinden und gemeinsam essen oder spielen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die überdachte Terrasse auf der Nordseite des Hauses, welche sich hervorragend für Frühstück, Abendessen und Spieleabende eignet. Der Garten ist enorm großzügig und mit seinen Liegestühlen und dem Pool bestens für warme Spätsommertage ausgestattet. Die abgeschiedene Lage bietet die gewünschte Ruhe und schirmt einen vom kräftezehrenden Alltagsstress ab. Sobald man einmal vom Berg runter ist, ist man durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung aber auch schnell in Städten wie Florenz, Pisa oder Lucca. Besonders positiv sind uns die Gastgeber Francesca und Carlo selbst aufgefallen. Mit den beiden gab es absolut keine Probleme. Stattdessen haben sie uns mit frischgebackener Focaccia, einem ganzen Korb voller Pflaumen und Nektarinen sowie allerlei abgepackten Lebensmitteln begrüßt. Die Bürokratie war schnell und problemlos erledigt. Zudem haben Francesca und Carlo uns einige Empfehlungen für unsere Freizeitgestaltung gegeben. Zum Schluss noch ein Hinweis: Wer mit einem großen Auto anreist, sollte in der Lage sein, dieses durch ein relativ enges Tor und anschließend einen recht steilen Berg hinauf zu manövrieren. Wir haben das mit einem Multivan geschafft, aber es gibt durchaus einfachere Aufgaben für Fahrer ;)

A Lovely Week on the Italian Riviera
We had a lovely week at this well-presented villa, exploring Cinque Terre, Lerici, Tellaro and our favourite, Portovenere. The villa is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and fast wifi. The pictures on the website are helpful, but perhaps don't give the full impression of the villa: there are several levels to the building, with plenty of areas to sit and read; the roof terrace gives beautiful views over the neighbouring hills, and there are good facilities for dining outside. The villa has a kitchen on the ground floor, and a smaller one on the middle floor which is useful for snacks and light meals. Francesca and Carlo were very helpful when we arrived, and kept in contact throughout the week to make sure everything was going well. The road up to the villa is relatively easy to drive, and we were able to park a large car next to the villa. We really enjoyed our visit, and would definitely stay again.
