"The hotel was breathtaking, however I didn’t enjoy that it was a separate unit across the street. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. The only thing that scared us was the unexpected room service knocking. But I think it’s common for room service. I just prefer not to have room service. But overall the hotel and beach was amazing. I would love to come back to this resort. I will give it a 10/10!"

"Truly amazing accomodations. Only issue we had was the fitness center was small, crowded, and had few machines. Also, we had one load of laundry done and it cost 1500 bhat. Impressively expensive. "

"Absolutely amazing and relaxing stay. The villas are a bit old but lovely and comfortable, but they are refurbing this year also. Can’t say enough about how friendly the staff are and while yes you could point out a few small improvements there is absolutely no need as the positive out way any small imperfections. Definitely recommend the ranch restaurant worth every penny and the Thai restaurant was amazing food and staff. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all staff but a special...

"Sheraton Samui has its charms, but overall, it felt a bit disappointing. The building is outdated, though well-maintained, but the shower facilities could use an upgrade as they felt old and unpleasant. The property has a lot of stairs, which may not be ideal for everyone. Unlike other hotels I’ve visited, the welcoming atmosphere felt lacking, with mixed staff experiences. "Great resort, great staff. The transport van is VIP for a fare price. One thing I noticed but can't confirm is a little hustle at the onsight scooter rental. The price is fare for 24 hours, about $10. They are on island time for sure but when you call they answer and eventually come to the desk. The hustle as I see it is this: They rent the scooter with no gas. Option to buy gas on sight is more expensive than a gas station but it's convenient. Go to a gas station, fill up and ride around the whole island without using half a tank. Bring the scooter back. I think they drain that gas out to sell to the next customer. To me, that's just business. It's funny to me and smart of them. We are talking about a couple dollars. No scam a all. Just business on an island in Thailand. Great customer service. They didn't take pics of the scooters on departure or return. I assume they know if the driver comes in without a Samui tattoo they know the scooter hasn't been crashed. Pool was great, bartenders were awesome. Guy from Myanmar was great. Breakfast was full on legitimate buffet style. The few meals we had after breakfast were fine. Never had any issues on site what so ever. I'd love to go back. "

"This place is EXCELLENT! Food is top notch. Rooms are beautiful. Service is amazing. The beach is very good and free of garbage like at other places. If you want to be near nightlife this isn’t the place for you. There isn’t much near the resort at all. But if you’re looking for a romantic getaway it’s the best"

"I did not have very good luck picking out Hotels on the island until we got to the Chaweng Noi. We cannot afford the $100 or more per night options but this hotel was great for our 11 night stay. There was a problem getting our room on check in but the staff put us into a suitable room until the next morning when we were moved into our correct room. The entire staff was very friendly and so helpful our entire stay. Breakfast was very good with enough choices to keep us satisfied. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Everything was to our liking during our stay. My only complaint was the bed. It was, like so many beds in Thai hotel rooms, too hard for me. Toppers would be perfect. Koh Samui is not my favorite place in Thailand and I wish we had not booked 3 weeks on the island. That being said at least the Chaweng Noi was really a bright spot and really helped the trip be a lot less disastrous. Although I cannot recommend a stay on the Island but if you’re there or going there I can highly recommend the Chaweng Noi for a great Hotel experience at an affordable price."

"1st...There is no spa!! The pool is nice, but there is no poolside service. Breakfast was minimal, bot great and not bad, just ok. The hotel seems understaffed and those present do the best they can. The whole place is pretty run down, outdated and just in need of a remodel. The restaurant was ok,and the staff did bring the food to the pool upon request. Overall the price just seemed too much for a run down, understaffed hotel with no spa. "
