"It was good. At breakfast you need to have a receptacle to place old teabags etc into. Our friends had issues with radiators making loud noises, they should be checked. Something to ensure milk is colder at breakfast and a choice of milks (semi skimmed) etc is needed. The coffee ran out and nobody seemed to be checking it."

"The only reason I wouldn’t stay here again Parking. They have no parking for guest until after 9 pm and it cost you more than trying to park on the street. We had to constant run and feed a meter until we learned how to do it from our phone. "Exeter Hotel is a good choice for solo women travelers as all entrances, elevators etc. are only accessed with a key card. Easy pick up/drop off for day tours directly across the street from the hotel at Bus Stop number 4. The staff is helpful and supportive. I would have liked to have been given a heads up that in winter there may be condensation on the windows and glass doors which can lead to pooling of water. Otherwise it was a great experience."
