"The hotel is very nice and the food is good but the front desk and restaurant staff were not friendly at all. Not welcoming and made you feel you were a bother and not an appreciated customer. When we went to check in the front desk worker actually raised his voice at me when I was approaching the steps to stand in line to check in.
