"The stay was fantastic for the whole family. There were five adults and four children, and for them it was an experience they will never forget. We went to Guilin Island and it was a great experience. The breakfasts were exquisite and the dinners were delicious. All the hotel staff were very attentive and respectful. We recommend it 100%. "The staff was very professional and so friendly. It was a very clean hotel with comfortable beds and beautiful decoration. The location was right by the plaza where so much happens, but far enough away to still be a quite, calm place to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel. It is also right by the location to take a boat to swim in the bioluminescent bay - an amazing adventure!"

"When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it.
