"This property had the most outstanding service of any hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was so professional, personable and just lovely. The rooms were well set up and the views were lovely. A couple of things I wish I had known. Even though they do not have a formal restaurant you can order delicious lunch, dinner and drinks. This is a good thing because the kitchenette in the loft rooms is a bit outdated so was not appealing to really cook a meal. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful...

Hot water and water pressure was good, Wi-Fi was good. There was no AC and it was quite warm, our first 2 days, so an AC or ceiling fan would have helped.
