"The people were nice and very friendly, but the property is very old and not that clean. It really doesn't look like the pictures that show. "

"Property has an excellent location, is an expansive and gated property just steps from the shore, boat docks and Calle Santander. The rooms are dated and there is no air conditioning or fans, so it can get stuffy. Breakfast and dining areas are spacious with great views of the lake."

"Check in policy is unclear. The cash policy is listed in FAQ but not noted in the auto message after booking or clearly displayed. It is also misleading when you’re required to leave a credit card for booking. Upon arrival I was told I had to make multiple transactions and my credit card company flagged it as fraud. I had use my limited international cellular service to contact customer service to resolve the issue. Then my room was infested with ants! They were in my bed and suitcase. I had to have my clothes washed. It took 3 days to speak to a manager who didn’t even cover my laundry service. He said this was an expected issue and he gave me Q100 restaurant credit. I expect some spiders but not ants all over the floor, getting into my suitcase and in MY BED."

"Only good thing was our room was clean and the location good. Breakfast was edible but even rating it good would be a giant stretch. No screens on our window which they said they would provide and never did. Lots of bugs. And then to top it off overcharged us on our rooms. There are other options I would choose next time."

"This was the perfect place to stay... 10/10 on every aspect. The rooms and facility were spotless and comfortable. There were plenty of activities to participate daily. The food was also amazing, especially the included breakfast. Great value for price."
