"Normally, I would not give any hotel all 5 stars in every category. However, this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. If i could give this hotel 9 stars i would. The staff was amazing with EXCELLENT customer services. Mrs. Jackie (breakfast cleaning lady I believe that was her name) she was so sweet and funny. The breakfast was amazing and good. "

"One of the nicest places my daughter and I have found to stop for a night to break up a long trip. The front desk staff is so pleasant and they remembered us from our previous visit a month before. The rooms are clean and even smell good! The beds are comfortable. The appliances work (refrigerator, microwave). The AC kept us cool on a hot July night. One small thing that could have been better in the room was the water pressure in the shower - when turned to the warm side, it diminished to a trickle. Outside of the room, the facility is also well-maintained. There's a little shop right next to the front desk that sells food items (mostly snacks and drinks). A typical breakfast is available in the morning. I didn't use the gym, so I can't comment on that, but there was enough space in my room to do yoga. A suggestion for improvement outside of the rooms would be to align the elevators. The floor of the elevator wasn't quite level with the hallway floor, making it a little difficult to maneuver the luggage trolley. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a very reasonable cost. We appreciated a nice place to rest after many hours on the road. "
