"Helene was always prompt at replying to any questions we had, both before our stay and during the time we were there. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of gadgets and gizmos. There was a nice selection of knives and there was even a knife sharpener in the drawer. (I HATE dull knives in rentals to the point that I frequently travel with a favorite knife.) "Overall the property was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast ample. The rooms were spacious enough and my room had 2 queen beds. They even provided what seemed like a choice of 2 different types of pillows, one firmer and one softer. My biggest complaint in the room is one of the beds were dirty, and i wish they would have been a thicker duvet/comforter. It was very thin. Overall it was a good experience. "

"Right in town in North Creek, walk to multiple restaurants (though all closed on Mondays), grocery store and other shopping options. Nice room with fireplace, small bathroom. Self-serve breakfast in the lobby. The hotel has no staff onsite"
