"I love this hotel--the staff is professional and friendly and responsive, and the location is great. This time, though, it was really cold in NY, and the heater was hard to set. The hotel sent an engineer to address the issue--worked--but he had to come back the next day. Still--I will stay again."

"I try to stay at the Renwick every time i visit NYC. Each stay is absolutely perfect. The hotel is so nice….clean, comfy beds, excellent decor. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They remember me each time I stay there and this time upgraded me to one of their suites which was so special and made me feel like a Queen for the day! 10/10 recommend!"

"The room was AMAZING! We were on the 16th floor with fantastic views of the Chrysler building in a business executive sweet offering a formal living space, mini fridge, microwave, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bedroom. Definitely recommend! The staff was also extra accommodating and super friendly from check-in to check out."

"Absolutely remarkable staff, helpful, thoughtful. The room itself was amazing. Great bed, great shower, and the room was massive. The only downside I would say are the bones of the building itself (hallways, elevator). We knew going into it that we would only be in the hotel when we were asleep, so if you have the same plan, i cant recommend the shoreham more. "

"Great location - great amenities! The room wasn’t ready in time for our 3pm check in which was disappointing but was ready shortly after. We needed some supplies restocked during our stay which they brought right up but everything was one at a time so we had to contact them repeatedly which became annoying but otherwise everything was great. There were no issues that would prevent me from staying again. "
