"Was great having monorail right at the hotel. Good selection of restaurants/bars. Service was good. Con- charges on bill that were incorrect, billed for services not used and two rooms, same reservation that were billed two different amounts for resort fees. Management did correct everything just took awhile."

"Hotel was difficult to locate since it's kind of hidden. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. However, the room was too warm. It's on auto even when we tried turning it off and turned on AC, it automatically goes back to 70 for some reason. Housekeeping tried setting it for us but no luck. Other than that, amazing hotel and walkable to other casinos."
