"I enjoyed my stay at Crosstown ByPillow. The location was very good for South of the centre of madrid food and drink, but also only less than 5 mins to a metro stop which has line 1 which goes up through centro. I was initially given a room where the toilet flush wasn't working. After a failed attempt at fixing I was found a new room. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful of all the people I encountered."

"At first I thought I was scammed upon entering but due to the condition aside from that, I had a very smooth check-in and the property is centrality located. The subway is just right there. Restaurants, La plaza mayor, plaza del sol, San Miguel market, Prada museum, etc are within walking distance. The staff are very nice and accommodating. "

"Location of this hostel is perfect. Walkable to all attractions. Metro is around the corner. Train station is only 3 metro stops away. A lot of restaurants around... supermarkets are nearby too. Room is small. Shower cubicle is very small. If you spend outside most of the rime then you would not mind the size of the room. Staffs are excellent. Very nice and helpful.
