Our first room has the hinges off the door. The second room had stripping issues in the windows so the room was freezing and I was told by front desk they can’t increase the heater above 72. The toiletries in the shower were empty, we requested a late check out and they locked out our keys earlier and the pool was not able to be used. I’ve never stayed at a best western in such poor condition to be honest. The breakfast was good but the housekeepers need to clean better and there truly needs to be an overhaul to rooms.

The breakfast was nice. The room lacked cleanliness-cobwebs around the ceiling. There were loose tiles on the floor- unsafe. Plenty of light and noise filtered through the gap at the bottom of the door.
