"When checking in, the Manger was less than pleasant when explaining the additional fees and instructions for hotel. I checked in late and the lobby restaurant closed at 9:30, I believe they stay open later than that. very disappointing, as I had not eaten and had a long flight. The hotel was clean and the room was excellent."

"My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The men operating Valet were helpful from the time we pulled and they even checked on us after we came back (we chose to use the parking garage). Tempest checked us in and she was pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean and we could tell that it had been cleaned thoroughly which we appreciated. The next time we’re in town we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the hospitality! "
