I want to specially mention Julien at the front desk, who was very helpful. Its location is very convenient for exploring the old castle area. Also I loved the hotel bakery and restaurant Chez Christine, could have eaten there every single day. "

"This is a historic hotel in the heart of Carcassonne. There are steps to the rooms. It was clean with an accommodating staff. We had a later arrival than planned and the parking attendant waited and got us and all our luggage to the hotel. We were able to access parking after hours also with a code. Breakfast was good. The bar area was lovely. I would stay here again."

"Very nice stay, third time at Zenitude Narbonne. Staff friendly and welcoming, spacious clean room, quiet even though facing main road, with convenient small kitchenette and good shower/toilet. We like the location, close to city centre and train station, next to bus stop for day trips, plenty of convenience stores and eating/drinking and ice cream places. Really like our stay at Zenitude Narbonne every summer."
