"Good location, staff was friendly and gave us recommendation about where to go in Birmingham. We had a problem with the shower drain, it took a long time for the water to go down the drain. We have informed the reception about the problem but it was not addressed. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it and we were not sure if it was washed or not. Other than that, the property was alright if you need a place to stay that is accessible to everything. "

We had a dedicated parking spot for our cabin and someone on the 2nd night decided to park their car there for the last few nights of our stay.
